Unlimited naked broadband. Sound good? If that’s what you’re after, you’ve come to the right place. At Bigpipe, we do just broadband. Fast, unlimited broadband internet in a variety of flavours starting with cheaper, accessible ADSL, to faster VDSL, and all the way through to ultra-fast fibre broadband. No data caps, easy sign-up, and great online service. So if you’re after naked broadband internet with no data caps – get Bigpipe. It’s internet the way it should be.

At Bigpipe, we won't try to sell you a landline that you don't want or need. Some other internet providers only sell bundled packages, but we’re just a broadband provider – and we do our broadband naked and unlimited, the way it should be. You can always get a landline from someone else, but if you want pure, unlimited, cheap broadband then we should talk.

Honestly though, when was the last time you actually used your landline? And who on earth uses ISP–provided email these days? Why waste your money on all that? Spend it on the important things, like getting a fast and reliable internet connection with no data cap.

Bigpipe. Nothing but broadband.

BigPipe has been great in terms of stability and support. Their international peering is fantastic, however, there is an ongoing issue with their local NZ peering due to them being based on Spark network. As a result, all websites that are using Cloudflare CDN are routed through Japan or Hong Kong instead of going directly to the Auckland node.
Pros
Stability - never had any issues. Support - email based, however, they are very quick to respond.
Cons
Local NZ peering is terrible.

Unfortunately Bigpipe started off awesomely but for what ever reason Spark have folded it into their normal regime of poor support and performance. They were a top performer a couple of years ago, but these days support is level 1, slow and pointless. Their pricing has also been unable to compete with other providers plans. Typical Spark - produce a good product then let it rot.

Give it a miss and try to find a Kiwi owned brand.
Pros
Bigpipe no longer has any positives, it's pricing means it's no longer competitive.
Cons
Support has been rolled into the Skinny/Spark helpdesk = poor experience.
Pricing is not competitive.
Service side outages have increased.
