I moved from One to save some $ and had a nagging feeling it would bite me. It did. Lost sim cards, errors setting up my mobile account, over charging and a completely outdated service model where you have to repeat your issues over and over.
3 months in and still experiencing incorrect billing and no record of my last 5 conversations with them. I am cutting my losses and moving on.
Mobile network is fine but they piggy back off 2 degrees so not much for them to do.
AVOID
the hassle and do not engage Zeronet, which clearly stands for zero service, zero back office capability and zero joy. ...read more
