I moved from One to save some $ and had a nagging feeling it would bite me. It did. Lost sim cards, errors setting up my mobile account, over charging and a completely outdated service model where you have to repeat your issues over and over.
3 months in and still experiencing incorrect billing and no record of my last 5 conversations with them. I am cutting my losses and moving on.
Mobile network is fine but they piggy back off 2 degrees so not much for them to do.
AVOID the hassle and do not engage Zeronet, which clearly stands for zero service, zero back office capability and zero joy. ...read more

due to Upgrading they are increasing 4 bucks on top of my current $100 plan. I decided to cancel my plan with out Termination fee.

I was initially happy with the service. When my 12-month contract ended, I checked competitor pricing and messaged Zeronet to see if they could match it. They agreed, and I accepted the offer.

Three months later I noticed the agreed discount had never been applied and my charges had actually increased. When I queried this, responses were very slow and they would not honour the original offer or provide any refund.

Disappointing experience, especially given the clear agreement

Poor customer service. Wifi often didn’t work. They signed up our address for hyperfibre and then it wasn’t available. Then made us pay for a rental router because ours wasn’t compatible, even though we had previously discussed which router we had. Router return was at our own cost with threat to charge $500 if not returned.

Just changed with these guys and they’re absolutely hopeless. There new TP-Link and app works however the internet itself is really slow doesn’t connect most times as well and there app service really limited.

Orcon, (now 2Degrees) Was always fantastic. 2D has taken them over and their whole system is perfect!
I am former IT and can tell you that 2D was crap a few years ago. Had the for 6 months.. I have used Orcon for many years (mostly) and they are great. NO PROBLEMS at all..

So that is now Orcon tech moved to 2degr.
Trust me, they are great.
