Sales push to pay early even I specific the connection date as next month.
Pay it since I would like to trust them.
Installation happened early but they didn't tell me the fibre upgrade to hyperfibre will terminate my current service immediately.
I got the an early termination from my previous provider and I bring this up to 360net through email, totally radio silence for a week.
Went to the online chat and then get a call back, and kept "explaining how things works here" ...read more

Great fast internet, amazing customer support, never on hold for long and very knowledgeable, friendly staff that seem like that actually want to solve your problem.

Pros

Amazing internet speed, consistent 900 down 500 up. Amazing customer support.

Slightly more expensive then other but 100% worth it.

Fantastic service, what this ad doesn't say is you get 100GB of NZ version of google drive with your broadband.
