2 days of trying to contact the support team 45 min & 55 mins on hold. Been with them since the days of snap internet. Bye bye looking for a new provider with support.

I’ve had nothing but issues since I switched across to contact energy. The Wi-Fi is consistently slow and drops out all the time. Customer Service is unable to support me with any potential issues and say that there is no problem that’s my service

I heard slingshot had a deal for $69. worst mistake ever!!! everything takes ages to download, some places in th house can't connect to th wifi. After my 1 yr contract is up with them, I'm gonna go back to my previous provider.

The teiesalesman deliberately miss informated us of extra charges then, when I approached 2degrees, they defended him by saying, he was unaware that (Chorus) don't do free connections.

Haven’t been able to use modem yet as previous occupant used TrustPower who used an optical connection to connect to modem. The 2Degrees modem is LAN ONLY. Waited over an hour for support and had to send them photos so that they would believe me that there was no LAN connection. Still waiting for a solution.

NetSpeed have provided us with reliable and speedy rural wireless broadband in a remote location where using the old copper network would be hopeless. Their plans are good value, very adaptable and easy to change, you're not locked into any lengthy contracts and you can even pause your service if you're eg going on holiday.
The BEST thing about NetSpeed though is their lovely customer service. I've had nothing but very prompt and helpful service via email as well as over the phone.

Pros

No lengthy contract. Amazing customer service. Can change up or down plans at any time, depending on your needs/usage..

Cons

Not super fast (albeit perfectly adequate for Netflix, Zoom meetings, etc) but their wireless plans are a lifesaver for those living rural. Router is a bit pricey, but good, and they allow you to pay it off in installments.
